These chassis conversion kits will mount the body & bumpers onto the 2000-2006 Tahoe-type chassis (116” wheelbase)

  • Front Bulkhead (Mounts original radiator support and bumper mounts to frame)
  • Front Bumper Brackets (Mounts bumper to bulkhead)
  • Front Cab Mount (Reuses Tahoe body bushings, new bushing bolts included)
  • Rear Bulkhead (Mounts rear of bed and rear bumper)
  • Rear Cab Support (Reuses Tahoe body bushings, new bushing bolts included)
  • Mid-body Mounts (Mounts rear cab support & front bed support)
  • Running Board Supports (Step Sides Only) (Mounts running boards and bumper)
  • Rear Bumper Mounts (Step Sides Only) (Mounts rear bumper)
  • All Mounting Hardware Included (Bolts, Washers, Nuts, etc.)
  • All Bolt-on Parts are Powder-Coated
